Sutra 1.31

दुःखदौर्मनस्याङ्गमेजयत्वश्वासप्रश्वासा विक्षेपसहभुवः

duḥkhadaurmanasyāṅgamejayatvaśvāsapraśvāsā vikṣepasahabhuvaḥ

Anguish, despair, tremors and irregular breathing are the symptoms of a distracted mind.

These distractions are accompanied by grief, despondency, trembling of the body and irregular breathing.

duḥkhā (suffering)

daurmanasya (dejection)

aṅgamejayatva (shaking of the body)

śvāsapraśvāsa (hard breathing)

This is why the Buddha said that life is suffering.
