तत्प्रतिषेधार्थमेकतत्त्वाभ्यासः

tatpratiṣedhārthamekatattvābhyāsaḥ

tat तत् – that

pratishedha प्रतिषेध – ward off [the obstacles; negative emotions]

artha अर्थ – object, purpose, end and aim; wish, desire

eka – sovereign one; divine Oneness

tattva – tad that + tva thou; that very divinity art thou; your essential nature; the truth of the human soul, one and the same with the divinity animating the universe; your highest state of being

abhyāsaḥ – practice
