तस्य प्रशान्तवाहिता संस्कारात् ॥ ३.१० ॥
3.10 tasya praśāntavāhitā samskārāt
tasya = of (nirodha)
praśānta = removes
vāhitā = flowing current
samskārāt = cravings, aversions, attachments, habitual reactions & behaviors
The flowing current of nirodha removes all samskaras.
