Abstain from violence, lying, stealing, promiscuity and unfaithfulness, and greed and materialism.

Abstention from these is the great vow that everyone on Earth, no matter their birth, should aspire to in all places, times, and circumstances.

The observances are cleanliness, contentment, the fire of transformation, self-study, and surrender to the Causeless Cause.

Be nonviolent and others will give up their hostilities in your presence.

Be truthful and what you say, do, and manifest will be in alignment.

Be non-materialistic. As you lose your desire for things, you gain a desire for the mysteries of existence.

Practice cleanliness and you will lose your attachment to your body and the bodies of others.
